Autumn's Favorite: Pie With Plums

Easy, tasty pie with plums
  • 3 cups pitted, halved plums
  • 3 eggs
  • 1⅕ cups flour
  • 1⅕ cups sugar
  • 2/5 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/356F.
  2. Line a rectangular cake tin (33 cm x 25 cm).
  3. Place all ingredient - except the plums - into the food processor and process until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture in the prepared cake tin.
  5. Place the plums on top of the pie.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the pie is set and slightly golden on the top.
  7. Grease with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar the top of the cake.
  8. Set aside to cool.
